We really hope you love your new Funky Scrubs® as much as we do but we also understand that sometimes things just don’t look good, don’t fit your size or a colour matches your vibe.
You can return an unworn item in its original condition, with tags for a full refund – no questions asked; however, we do not cover the cost of returns.
Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, with no signs of makeup or damage and in the original packing. If you return an item requesting a refund within 30 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we will give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. We aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item.
If you request a refund within the above timeframes but cannot return it to us for some reason, please get in touch. A refund will be issued at our discretion.
After this period, we do not accept returns for unwanted items. If you try to make a return, we may need to post the item back to your default delivery address and charge you for delivery costs.
We do not accept returns on items that have been embroidered or custom made.
We do not accept returns on Final Sale items where it states NON REFUNDABLE.

A returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us so, please ensure it is packaged well and cannot be damaged on the way. Obtain proof of postage and label the parcel clearly. Don’t forget to include the returns label or we may not be able to locate your item. If you return an item by mistake, we will post it back to you but we will ask you to cover the postage cost.
Of course, you will want to try on your new scrubs before deciding to keep them. Please wear underwear when trying them on and do not wear them outside, be careful of make-up, do not spray perfume on them or wear them whilst eating. If an item is returned to us damaged, unclean or in unsuitable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund and will return the item to you asking you to cover the delivery costs.
All returned items are inspected by our customer service team and must be in their original packaging.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item and make a new order online.
All of our items go through a rigorous quality control process but in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or if your item is damaged in the post, please contact customer care to arrange a return. We will send out your new item immediately using our fastest delivery service.
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns such as ordering and returning similar items on a regular basis, ordering and returning a high volume of items without keeping any or returning items that don’t match what you ordered, then we reserve the right to deactivate your account and any associated accounts. If this happens and you think we have made a mistake, please contact customer services and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
If we suspect illegal activity such as returning items that don’t match your orders or wearing and purposely damaging items to obtain a refund, we will take legal action against you.
