We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

Do you offer international shipping?

For the UK and Australia, we offer standard shipping.

For Europe and International please contact us for shipping rates before purchasing.

Our shipping rates are £6.99 for orders below £120 

We offer free shipping on all orders over £120 

How do I return an Item

The item I wish to order is out of stock?

We replenish our stock on a regular basis, if the item is due back in stock soon then you will have the opportunity to pre-order the item and it will be sent to you as soon as it arrives into our warehouse. 

 If there is a product that is not showing for pre-order, get in touch and we can give you an estimated time of arrival into out warehouse. 

I want a different colour of Funky Scrubs® than what you have available.

We always have our core colours of Funky Scrubs® but we welcome ideas for new colours so feel free to get in touch with your suggestion.  

If you have a large team and would like your own bespoke colour then get in touch and we may be able to have a colour made especially for you. 

Can you customise Funky Scrubs for my workplace?

We are able to customise a colour for your workplace if ordering a minimum quantity of 100. We are able to designs a set of scrubs especially for you for a minimum order quantity of 200. Get in touch and our team orders department will assist you.

Can I exchange my order?

We don’t offer an exchange on an order due to the fast pace of sales through our warehouse. You can simply return your order and place a new order for your chosen product. 

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us immediately and we will endeavour to cancel your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request however due to our automated warehouse process this may not be possible.

I don’t know what size I should order?

Do you franchise Funky Scrubs®?

This is something we are looking into. We currently sell our range of Funky Scrubs® in the UK and Australia but always looking for business partners in other countries. Please get in touch to discuss this directly with our co-founders. 

Do you offer embroidery?

We do offer embroidery for team orders of 10 or more. 

For singular orders we recommend you support your local embroidery businesses as you can then choose the perfect colour and design for your brand.
